Spencer designs and delivers corporate team buildings and company events alongside professional racing sailors. Experiences are turnkey, compliant, and fully insured.
What type of boats are available?
Depending on the season and fleet availability, experiences may take place on IMOCA, Class40, Figaro 3, or Ocean Fifty racing yachts — boats that are usually inaccessible to the public.
What formats are available?
Discovery half-days, full-day sailing experiences, race-start hospitality, or two-day seminars. All formats are tailored to your objectives and constraints.
How many participants can you host?
From 6 to 60+ participants, depending on the format and the boats involved. Multi-boat setups are possible.
How does the organization work?
We start with a briefing (objectives, profiles, constraints, safety), then confirm date and location, select the boats, and manage the full experience on site (safety briefing, active sailing, hospitality options).
Where do the experiences take place?
Operations depend on season and fleet availability, with typical locations including Atlantic hubs such as Lorient, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Pornichet, and selected Mediterranean ports.
What about safety, legal framework, and insurance?
All experiences are operated within a compliant and insured framework, with professional crews, safety equipment provided, and mandatory safety briefings.
What budget should we expect?
Indicative budget starts around €200 per participant for a half-day fleet experience. Final pricing depends on season, location, boats, and selected options, and is always confirmed via a tailored proposal.
What hospitality and content options are available?
Depending on the format: race village access, dockside hospitality, chase boat, skipper talks, photo/video coverage, after-movie, and post-event reporting (e.g. feedback or NPS).
